Job Description:
- Arrange required samples to formulate the lubricants, develop new products or update existing products.
- Inspection and testing activities of lube oil as per defined test methods and to ensure that products meet all specified parameters and validate process compliance towards stated procedures at different stages of operations.
- Ensure all quality checks, testing, validation and cross verifications on products at all stages of process as per defined guidelines, procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure safe handling of all chemicals, raw materials and products and proper use of PPE during testing and chemical handling as defined in procedures and test methods.
- Ensure timely and organized upkeep of all testing and QC records and formulation controlled documents.
- Verifies and communicates results obtained.
- Supervise the blending, testing and filling process.
- Prepare the demand of lubricants grades, for approval as per average requirement of stores and prepare blending order after approval.
- To coordinate in cost buildup of lubricants
- Prepare demand & purchase order of empties as per blending requirement.
- Verify e-suite entries.
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Description
- Responsible for handling of indenting & credit Control Operations
- Manual and electronic verification of Delivery Advice.
- Endorsement of Delivery Note.
- Manual and electronic preparation / checking / Verification of Sales Invoice.
- Verification of Bank Payments in respective accounts.
- Daily reconciliation of Sales (Cylinder Wise) with respective Departments.
- Reconciliation of customer accounts.
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements and follow up with concerns for timely adjustments of reconciling items
- Follow-up with Sales Team for timely resolution of outstanding issues.
- Preparation / Verification of Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports.
- To conduct physical stock take & Petty Cash check on monthly basis as and when assigned.
- Reconciling Daily sales, stocks and receipts of cylinders with the other department.
- Accuracy of business data for onward evaluation and decision making for the Senior Management.
