Job Requirements: Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical positions. Analyzing client’s HR requirements, posting on various forums, collecting relevant CVs from existing data bank as well as through new searches and negotiating with the short listed candidates. Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates. Preparing Recruiting Log, New Hire Package draft with complete details with respect to Vendor and client as well.
EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 +years of IT recruitment experience
- BS/BS-CS/MBA IN HRM/MS
- Fluent in English communication (Written and Oral Both) along with expertise in MS Office skills
- Flexible in Shift Hours (6pm to 3am) Night Shift
