Team Lead CBS

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Core Banking System experts to provide support and maintain our banking system infrastructure
Plan, design, and implement Core Banking System solutions to meet business needs
Manage Core Banking System security, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Core Banking System issues
Develop and maintain documentation of Core Banking System architecture and processes
Manage and support integrated applications like RTGS, Compliance and Transaction Monitoring systems
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Core Banking System with other technologies
Participate in capacity planning and forecasting for Core Banking System infrastructure
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Stay up-to-date with the latest banking regulations and standards and ensure our systems meet them

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
3 – 5 years of experience in Core Banking System administration
Proven experience leading a team of Core Banking System experts
Expertise in Core Banking System platforms, protocols, architecture, and workflows
Strong knowledge of databases, such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server
Experience with Autobanker Core Banking System will be a plus
Experience with banking applications and strong understanding of core banking concepts such as loan origination, online banking, and credit scoring systems
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Manage alternate delivery channels security, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Develop and maintain documentation of alternate delivery channels architecture and processes
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of alternate delivery channels with other technologies
Manage, support and troubleshoot Diebold ATM Infrastructure
Manage, support and troubleshoot HSMs
Coordinate with 1Link for ongoing projects / certifications
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Stay up-to-date with the latest delivery channels technologies and trends and ensure our systems meet them

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
3 – 5 years of experience in alternate delivery channels administration
Proven experience leading a team of alternate delivery channels experts
Expertise in delivery channels platforms, protocols, architecture, and workflows
Strong knowledge of databases, such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server
Experience with alternate delivery channels applications, such as mobile banking, online banking, and SMS banking systems
Experience with SmartVista Switch will be a plus
Excellent communication and leadership skills
