We are looking for Assistant Manager – Raw & Packaging Store WH – Karachi

Skills and Requirements:

• Education: Post Graduate with Majors in Supply Chain
• Experience: 4-5 Years in Supply Chain in a FMCG organization
• Number of Positions: 1

Requirements:

• Accountable and responsible for issuance, receiving and storage of packaging, chemical, raw material and spare parts store operations.
• Dealing with administrative and resource management issues pertaining to effective store operations.
• Determine and supervise effective layout and utilization of space for efficient operation.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Purchase, and Logistic to ensure smooth and timely flow of materials and timely generation of Goods Inspection Report and Goods Receipt Note.
• Responsible for the checking of inventory of stores from time to time and for the location of items at different places.
• Ensure regular inventory checks and its reconciliation with ERP reports.
• Maintain and report KPIs related to stores operations.
  • Cycle Count Accuracy, Cycle Count Coverage and Inventory Value Variance
  • Warehouse manpower productivity
  • Non-Moving Inventory
  • Inventory obsolescence
• Ensure SOPs compliance to all mentioned Stores and complete all Audit Observations within stipulated time.
• Control overall activity to ensure manpower costs are minimized.
