Skills and Requirements:
Education: MBA/MPA in HRM
Experience: 4-5 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations.

Requirements:
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing of different employment’s category.
- Managing the employee statutory Benefits that includes Health, life Insurance, Fuel Card, Mobile Portal & EOBI etc.
- Making liaising with the third parties for acquiring different type of services.
- Responsible for Non-Management cadre employees recruitment.
- Labor handling and assisting employees in grievance process & day to day labor issues.
- Good knowledge of performance management system while using SMART KPI’s.
- Updating and maintaining the HR MIS/ERP Software.
- To develop standard reports, templates, and BI Dashboards related to assigned functions.
- Update & Maintain Organizational Chart of all departments on regular basis.
- To look after the governance of specific HR policies & review HR policies time to time, assist in development of new HR policies, ensuring that these are legally compliant, in line with the best practice & meets the requirements of the business.
