𝟭: 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
Lead D365 Supply Chain module implementation (Financials, Inventory, Procurement, etc.).
Develop solution designs and manage data migration for quality and integrity.

𝟮: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 & 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

𝟯: 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
Oversee customizations and integrations with other applications.
Ensure solutions meet client needs and are scalable.

𝟰: 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁:
Conduct training and create documentation for effective D365 use.
Provide post-go-live support to resolve issue.

𝟱: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴:
Plan and coordinate project tasks for timely delivery.
Generate reports to track performance metrics.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
• Expertise in D365 Supply Chain Management configuration.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and reporting tools.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience in data migration and quality assurance.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (Supply Chain or Finance & Operations).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform.
• 4+ years in supply chain management, 3+ in D365.
• Strong understanding of supply chain best practices.

We are looking for a “Influencer & Talent Manager”

Responsibilities:·

· Develop, plan, execute and manage PR/ Influencer Marketing campaigns to support new launches and brand awareness initiatives.
· Aligning Campaigns with influencers and PR Agencies.
· Oversee influencer contracts, negotiations, and deliverables to ensure smooth and timely collaborations.
· Lead the onboarding process for talent and celebrities, negotiations, coordinating schedules, briefing sessions, and any specific brand guidelines to ensure a smooth experience.
· Look for opportunities where PR can be leveraged.
· Organize and manage various Public Relations activities.
· Track, measure and produce reports on PR KPIs to gauge the performance of each campaign, influencer, activity and event.
· Use different channels to optimize the campaign’s reach and success.
· Work with the marketing team to ensure a match with the corporate brand and strengthen brand visibility and positioning.
· Build and maintain relationships with PR agencies, publications, influencers, celebrities and talent.
· Stay up to date with PR and industry trends and best practices.
· Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, and make recommendations to improve and optimize the campaigns.

Qualifications:

· 4-5 years of experience in PR and talent management
· Excellent at taking initiative and working independently
· Should be hands on to deliver execution

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: ·

· Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and provide actionable insights.
· Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and requirements.
· Connect, import, and transform data from multiple data sources mainly MS Dynamics 365 to create efficient Power BI data models.
· Implement data security within Power BI, including row-level security, user roles, and data sharing.
· Develop DAX formulas for calculated columns and measures to meet complex reporting requirements.
· Optimize Power BI data models and visualizations for performance.
· Maintain and improve existing reports and dashboards by implementing changes based on feedback.
· Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate data flow from data sources to Power BI.
· Train end-users and stakeholders on how to utilize dashboards effectively.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
· Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker studio (Google Data Studio)) is advantageous.
· Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and advanced analytics.
· Understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
· Certification in Microsoft Power BI or other relevant certifications is a plus.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
· 2+ years of experience with Power BI development, including report creation, data modeling, and DAX formulas.
· Working knowledge of Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS components of the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack
· Strong understanding of Power Query, data warehousing, data gateway concepts, and ETL processes.
· Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
· Ability to work with complex datasets and perform data cleansing, transformation, and blending.
· Experience with Microsoft Azure (Data Lake, SQL Database, Data Factory) is a plus.
· Knowledge of best practices in data visualization and dashboard design.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
