𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:·

𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 & 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
· Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across key channels (social media, email, SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, and paid advertising).
· Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns to achieve KPIs, including traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
· Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and brand-aligned content.
𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 & 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠
· Own and optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies through data-driven initiatives.
· Manage paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok.
· Continuously test and refine ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
· Analyze customer journeys, identify drop-offs, and implement A/B tests for funnel optimization.
𝐄-𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞 & 𝐎𝐦𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡
· Drive traffic to the brand’s e-commerce platform and ensure seamless user experiences.
· Leverage analytics tools to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
· Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with inventory and product launches.
𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 & 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬
· Monitor and analyze customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and CRM platforms.
· Build dashboards to track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI.
· Use data insights to propose innovative solutions for growth.
𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 & 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
· Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, ensuring skill development and high performance.
· Collaborate with design, product, and customer experience teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐭 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
· Plan and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum impact.
· Work with external vendors for campaign execution when necessary. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
· 3-5 years’ experience in strategic planning and data analytics
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
· Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills to manage priorities
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English
