We are looking for a “Deputy Manager HR – Talent Acquisition /HRBP”

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary HR liaison for the business, balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities to align HR efforts with business goals.
Responsible for implementing and promoting company HR policies and initiatives within the assigned units to ensure compliance and best practices.
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
Establish and maintain quarterly onboarding governance processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding procedures and documentation.
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including hiring, performance management, development, retention, and engagement, to maintain a motivated and productive workforce.
Manage headcount and budget to ensure staffing levels meet business needs while maintaining cost efficiency.
Address and resolve employee grievances through a structured process to ensure a harmonious and fair work environment.
Lead workforce planning initiatives to align staffing levels with business goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain organizational charts to visualize reporting structures and hierarchy.
Analyze HR metrics and data to support strategic workforce planning decisions

Required Skills:

· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Exceptional conflict resolution and employee relations skills.
· Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong knowledge of HR best practices and laws and regulations

Qualifications:

· 5 – 6 years of relevant experience.
· Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources management or a related field
