We’re looking for an 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐁𝐈 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 to transform business data into actionable insights through interactive dashboards, automation, and analytics. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
Connect, transform, and model data from multiple sources, primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Develop efficient data models, DAX measures, and calculated columns to support complex reporting requirements.
Implement Power BI security, including row-level security, user roles, and secure data sharing.
Automate reporting workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Leverage AI techniques to support predictive analytics and identify business opportunities.
Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development, including dashboard creation, data modelling, and DAX.
Strong working knowledge of Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS within the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack.
Strong understanding of Power Query, ETL processes, data warehousing, and data gateway concepts.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and multiple data sources.
Exposure to Microsoft Azure services (Data Lake, SQL Database, Data Factory) will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with Python or R and machine learning libraries is a plus.
Microsoft Power BI Certification or other relevant certifications will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
