Job Summary:
The Marketing Intelligence Executive will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to inform supply chain decisions. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to drive business growth and improve supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:

1. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends.
3. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams.

Data Management:

1. Manage and maintain large datasets, including sales data, customer data, and market research data.
2. Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
3. Ensure data quality and integrity.

Supply Chain Analytics:

1. Analyze supply chain data, including inventory levels, shipping data, and logistics costs.
2. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
3. Develop and implement analytics solutions to support supply chain decision-making.

Collaboration:

1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics.
2. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.
2. 4+ years of experience in marketing intelligence, data analysis, or supply chain analytics.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and statistical modeling.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in data analysis tools, like Excel
6. Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Category Management:

1. Develop and execute category strategies for confectionery and beverages categories, including market analysis, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.
