As we continue to grow, we are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Admin Specialist to support our HR operations and contribute to a thriving work culture.

Role Overview:

As an HR Admin Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR functions across our store network. This includes handling attendance and timekeeping systems, supporting recruitment efforts, and assisting with general administration, including coordination with the maintenance department when required.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage branch employee attendance records, leave requests, and shift scheduling.
Monitor branch Attendance violations, Late arrivals and plan actions as per the violation codes
Support branch recruitment processes, coordinate for the interviews between HO & branch, and lead onboardings.
Maintain and update branch employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
Assist with general HR administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, reports, and HR communications, general maintenance & housekeeping matters
Support employee engagement initiatives and ensure HR policies are followed across all stores.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in HR (internship experience considered).
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Must Have:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
A proactive, ambitious attitude with a desire to grow in the HR field.
