We are looking for an experienced and creative Design Head to lead our Design Studio and oversee the development of trend-driven collections across Unstitched, Pret, Luxury Pret, Formals, and Seasonal categories. The ideal candidate should have a strong fashion aesthetic, market insight, and proven experience in leading design teams to deliver commercially successful collections.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Fine Arts, Apparel Design, or a related field.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 10–15 years of experience in Fashion Design, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Lead the creative vision and design strategy for all product categories, including Unstitched, Pret, Luxury Pret, Formals, and seasonal collections.

Research global and local fashion trends, customer preferences, colors, fabrics, prints, silhouettes, and trims.

Develop innovative and trend-driven collections aligned with the brand identity and business objectives.

Lead and mentor the design team to ensure creativity, productivity, and timely execution.

Oversee the complete design process from concept development to final product approval.

Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, Marketing, and Production teams.

Ensure collections are commercially viable while maintaining high design standards.

Review samples, fittings, artwork, prints, embellishments, and fabric selections.

Present seasonal concepts and collection strategies to senior management.

Drive continuous innovation and maintain awareness of international fashion and retail trends.
