Position Name: Territory Manager
Qualification: Bachelors

Salary Package: 40,000 to 45,000

Location: Karachi and Lahore
Description:
- Distribution/ Territory Management
- Deliver Monthly Sales Plan & KPIs
- Ensure availability& visibility of defined Client’s products within Assigned territory/channels.
- Observation & Training of field force during on/off field visits.
- Ensure smooth execution of Trade category & Brand Plans as per company’s guidelines and standard.
- Verification of claims, Damages, Trade offers & assets etc.
- Building the business within the territory using a variety of sales techniques
- Support Area Development Manager with business updates and take informed decision.
- Targeting potential customers and assessing opportunities for sales.
- Closely monitor competition activities and timely communication to Area Development Manager.
- Ensure correction validation of distribution data to have a clean outlet and sales database
- Ensure smooth execution of contracts at outlets & Sub Distributor level
- Lead Client’s values for the team.
- Lead branch territory admin requirements.
- Cascade, own and drive Sales SOPs within the territory.
- Conduct periodic stock and quality audits at the distributor warehouses.Â
