Description
- Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of monthly accounts and in depth analysis of profit & loss account.
- Overseeing the preparation of quarter, half year and annual financial statements.
- Ensuring adherence to payment procedures as devised by the company and ensuring that supplier balances are correct/ reconciled
- Reviewing creditors and debtors status report on monthly basis to ensure that balances are correct and resolving any identified issues
- Reviewing perpetual reports on monthly basis to ensure capitalization, charging to repair and maintenance, packing material etc. are properly charged
- Liaison with various departments within organization for smooth operations
- Liaison with external auditors to provide timely and accurate data
Preferred Skills
- Proficient in using Oracle
- Good communication skills
- Leadership skills
