WE ARE HIRING ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER – CREATIVE

LAHORE: 1 Position

We are seeking a creative and results-oriented professional to join our team as Assistant Brand Manager – Creative. The incumbent will support the development and execution of creative strategies, integrated marketing campaigns, and brand communication initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and engagement. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative thinking, project management, agency coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to translate brand objectives into impactful consumer experiences.

EDUCATION: BBA/ MBA (Marketing).

EXPERIENCE: 04–06 years of relevant experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the Brand Manager in developing and executing creative strategies and integrated marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
Coordinate with the creative agency on campaign briefs, creative concepts, artwork development, revisions, and timely delivery of assets.
Support the planning and execution of ATL, TTL, and BTL.
Coordinate the development of TVCs, digital content, key visuals, POSM, and other brand communication materials.
Ensure consistency in brand positioning, visual identity, and communication across all consumer touchpoints.
Liaise with the ABM-Media, internal teams, creative agencies, media partners, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Assist in managing campaign timelines, budgets, presentations, and post-campaign evaluations.
Support the development of annual brand plans, communication calendars, and campaign proposals.
Monitor campaign execution and branding across various platforms and touchpoints, ensuring adherence to approved briefs and brand guidelines.
Conduct market and competitor reviews to identify emerging creative trends, communication opportunities, and relevant industry best practices.
