Location: Karachi, Sialkot & Gujranwala
Department: Sales & Business Development
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Purpose: To drive business growth by acquiring new corporate and COD clients, developing market opportunities and achieving sales, revenue and shipment volume targets across Karachi, Sialkot, Gujranwala and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients from e-commerce, manufacturing, export & retail sectors
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and shipment targets
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Expand COD and courier business through market visits and lead generation
- Monitor competitors and identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with Operations and Finance for service delivery and payment recovery
- Prepare sales reports and maintain client records
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in courier, logistics or e-commerce
- Strong communication, negotiation and client acquisition skills
- Good knowledge of the Sialkot business market
- Target-oriented with the ability to conduct field visits
