Join MCB Funds as our Assistant Manager – Corporate Affairs and Taxation and become part of a team that supports our Board and General Meetings and ensures compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a Bachelor’s degree, part-qualified ICMA/ACCA or a relevant certification in secretarial practices, and preferably three years of secretarial and taxation experience. If you have sound knowledge of statutory and regulatory laws, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and the integrity to handle confidential matters, we’d love to hear from you.
Location: Head Office, Karachi
Experience: Preferred 3 years of secretarial experience and taxation
We’re hiring Assistant Manager Corporate Affairs and Taxation
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager of Corporate Affairs / Company Secretary in ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Support coordination of Board of Directors matters, including meetings, elections, and preparation/distribution of board papers
- Assist in organizing General Meetings and preparing, recording, and circulating minutes of meetings
- Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, and manage incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Liaise with share registrar, banks, and handle administrative tasks as delegated by management

- Knowledge of all relevant statutory and regulatory laws

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree / Part-qualified ICMA / Part-qualified ACCA or relevant certification related to secretarial practices
