WE ARE HIRING | Sr. Sales Engineer – Polymer & Plastic Unit
We are looking for a dynamic, technically strong and commercially driven Sales Engineer to join our growing Polymer & Plastic Packaging business in Karachi.

We are specifically looking for professionals with:

Proven Plastic / Polymer / Packaging Sales experience
Strong exposure to Rigid Plastic Packaging
Engineering background – Mechanical / Chemical / Polymer / Industrial or related
B2B sales & business development expertise
Experience with HDPE, PP, PET, PVC, rigid containers, bottles, jars & industrial packaging
Strong market knowledge and established customer relationships in Karachi

JOB PROFILE

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Sales Engineer to manage and grow sales of polymer and plastic products in the Karachi region, with a strong focus on Rigid Plastic Packaging solutions. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in plastic, packaging, and polymer sales, along with an engineering background.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Engineering Degree (Mechanical / Chemical / Polymer / Industrial or related field).
Minimum 5+ years of relevant sales experience in Polymer, Plastic or Packaging industry.
Proven track record in B2B sales and key account management.
Strong understanding of rigid plastic packaging products and industry dynamics.
Karachi based (residing in Karachi with willingness to travel within the region).

KEY SKILLS REQUIRE

In-depth knowledge of rigid plastic packaging (HDPE, PP, PET, PVC etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
Market analysis & customer needs assessment.
Technical product knowledge and application expertise.
Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM, ERP).

KEY DUTIES

Generate new business and grow existing accounts in Karachi region.
Promote and sell polymer & plastic packaging products (especially rigid packaging).
Maintain strong relationship with clients and key stakeholders.
Prepare quotations, proposals and technical presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, logistics) to ensure timely execution of orders.
Achieve assigned sales targets and market expansion goals.
