WE ARE HIRING – Executive Sous Chef

QUALIFICATION: Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
EXPERIENCE: 8–10 Years of relevant experience in the field.
LOCATION: Islamabad Marriott Hotel
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create and update menus.
- Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen, storage areas, and dining areas.
- Implement and monitor food safety standards and procedures.
- Interact with guests to ensure their dining experience meets or exceeds expectations.
