𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱
Tti Testing Laboratories is seeking a results-driven professional to grow its Food Testing, Inspection, and related laboratory services by acquiring new clients, strengthening existing relationships, identifying market opportunities, and achieving commercial targets.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Develop business strategies and generate leads across food manufacturers, processors, exporters, retailers, restaurants, FMCGs, and related sectors
Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to recommend suitable testing solutions
Conduct client visits, prepare proposals and quotations, manage the sales pipeline, and monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Drive client acquisition, retention, repeat business, cross-selling, collections, and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with Customer Service, Laboratory, Technical, Finance, and Operations teams, support complaint resolution, and maintain accurate CRM records

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

BS in Food Science & Technology or a relevant discipline
3 to 5 years of proven experience in Food Testing Sales or Business Development
Strong food testing knowledge, consultative selling, negotiation, relationship management, market intelligence, communication, and commercial skills
Existing food industry relationships will be an advantage

Success in this role will be measured through revenue growth, new client acquisition, pipeline development, lead conversion, client retention, repeat business, cross-selling, and customer satisfaction.
