Job Summary:
Responsible for managing finished goods warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and timely preparation of goods for dispatch. The role ensures proper labeling, FIFO/FEFO compliance, cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, documentation, and reporting while maintaining warehouse cleanliness, safety, 5S standards, and adherence to company SOPs and quality requirements.

Job Description:

Manage the receipt and proper storage of finished goods warehouse.Ensure finished goods are correctly labeled, identified, and stored according to requirements.
Maintain accurate FG inventory records in ERP/WMS and physical stock.
Prepare finished goods for dispatch according to approved orders and delivery plans.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO principles are followed as applicable.
Conduct cycle counts and physical stock verification.
Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damages, and variances.
Monitor product shelf life and ensure proper stock rotation.
Maintain dispatch, transfer, and inventory documentation.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards.
Prepare daily/weekly reports related to FG stock, dispatches, and inventory status.
Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.
