Position: Assistant Manager Risk

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about risk assessment, financial markets, regulatory compliance, and portfolio risk management solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage end-to-end deal process including due diligence, negotiation and client communication.

Develop detailed financial models for the transactions and conduct valuation.

Supervise analyst and associates in preparing transaction documents and deliverables.

Oversee multiple transaction workflows, ensuring timely and accurate execution

Guide and mentor associates and analyst fostering team growth and development.

REQUIREMENTS:

Masters in Accounting or Finance.

Preferably CFA or at least CFA Level- II.

6–10 years’ of relevant or brokerage experience.

Deep expertise in financial modelling, valuation and deal structuring.

Thorough knowledge of Pakistan’s regulatory framework and market dynamics.

Strategic thinking and business development capabilities.
