Position: Procurement Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle efficiently.
Monitor performance of registered vendors; identify, evaluate, and register new vendors to explore better procurement opportunities.
Assist in inventory management optimization by assigning appropriate levels and identifying slow-moving items.
Track and monitor purchase budgets, and coordinate with end users for effective budget utilization.
Job Requirements:
Energetic, quick action-takers with a proactive attitude.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Capable of handling tasks efficiently under high-pressure situations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Education: BSc Mechanical Engineering with Minimum 3.00 CGPA
Experience: Fresh to 2 years of relevant experience.
