Lucky Electric Power Company Limited (LEPCL) is looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager IT to join our team.
Overview:
This role is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, networks, virtualization platforms, and data center operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient technology services.
Major Accountabilities:
- Oversee IT operations and ensure effective service delivery.
- Administer servers, systems, applications, and user access.
- Manage backup and disaster recovery arrangements.
- Monitor system performance and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain IT security, controls, and compliance requirements.
- Manage IT assets, including procurement, maintenance, and lifecycle.
- Maintain IT documentation and reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors and monitor service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or Telecom, with relevant certifications such as MCITP, MCSA, VMware, and Cloud certifications.
- Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in Windows/Linux system administration, network and security fundamentals, virtualization, and data center management.
Location: Plant, Karachi
Reporting Structure: Deputy General Manager IT
