Key Accountabilities
Ensure production operations are being run as per the safety standards of plant.
Coordinate with quality team to find in process nonconformance and implementation of remedial action.
Ensure availability of manufacturing materials and supplies.
To ensure appropriate storage of multiple product grades, proper packing material usage and batch marking on packing material.
To implement training plan of team regarding quality, safety, process & energy optimization, manufacturing excellence.
Preventive maintenance plan implementation.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
BE Chemical Engineering
0 – 1 year’s experience of Production
Analytical Skills, Root Cause Analysis, 5S & Kaizen
Good Presentation & Communications Skills
Knowledge of MS Office & SAP
Problem Solving
Decision making
