Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree.
1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Active Problem Solving & Stakeholder Management.
Good Team Player & Change Management Skills.
Skills Required
Participate in the selection and setup of new Lab collection centers, including site visits, equipment procurement and initial training.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of Lab collection centers to identify areas for improvement and maintain accurate records of audits, inspections and corrective actions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders including, laboratory staff, clinicians and management regarding the status of Lab collection centers and any relevant issues.
