An experienced professional to join us as a Deputy Manager / Manager (Sizing & Weaving).
Role Requirements:
Qualification: Graduation degree from a recognized university or college.
Experience: Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in the textile industry, preferably in sizing and weaving operations.
Key Skills: Extensive hands-on experience in sizing and weaving operations, strong expertise in production planning and process optimization, proven experience in quality control and troubleshooting, skilled in manpower handling and team management, ability to ensure smooth and efficient production flow, strong focus on achieving production targets and maintaining quality standards, and effective coordination with related departments to ensure timely production and delivery.
