Assistant Manager Turbine – PMD

The ideal candidate should have the following qualification, experience and skill sets:

B.E . B.S . B. Tech in Mechanical or in relevant Engineering discipline. Under 35 years old, with more than 7 years of work experience in maintenance and repair of steam turbine equipment for ≥300MW and above thermal power units, preferably more than 2 years of work experience in production technical management positions.
Competent with the structural principles and equipment installation and maintenance process of steam turbine professional equipment, familiar with relevant technical standards and specifications.
Demonstrated expertise in turbine construction, components and materials; contributed to major overhauls of large steam turbines, supporting in all phases from planning to execution.
Skilled in planning and executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Ability to conduct in-depth failure investigations using methods e.g., RCA, FMEA.
Command in feedwater pump, condenser, vacuum systems, and associated auxiliary equipment.
Provide and prepare on-the-job training plan and competency assessments for maintenance Staff.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent logical thinking, summarization, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in the use of modern office equipment and computer technology; candidates with Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills will be given preference.

The main responsibilities of the position will involve:

Technical supervision, Equipment/ technical/ Quality/ planning/ reliability/ Safety management, fault diagnosis and abnormal analysis.
Analysis of unsafe incidents, formulation of corrective measures, and follow-up on implementation.
Management of spare parts and materials, including preparation of budget plans.
Preparation of daily maintenance and scheduled maintenance plans for specialty equipment.
Preparation and revision of professional technical standards for equipment management. Organize, preparation, and review of maintenance procedures, maintenance document packages, drawings, and other technical documents.
Preparation and review professional technical renovation plans and methods.
