Position Title: Professional Manager I – III – Credit Administration & Regulatory Reporting, Risk Management Department – Islamabad
Key Responsibilities: Incumbent will be responsible for:
- Documentation & Execution: Draft and manage execution of finance agreements & security documentation in accordance with approved credit terms.
- Pre-Disbursement Compliance: Manage comprehensive checklists to ensure all conditions precedent, security charges and insurance assignments are perfected prior to facility implementation or renewal.
- Regulatory Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate SBP regulatory returns, including eCIB, A07, ROR, 5R and Large Exposure report, within mandated timelines.
- Collateral Management: Ensure safe custody of original loan and title documents under dual control; manage the fireproof vault and digital archival system.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with legal counsel, external values, stock inspectors and agent banks to facilitate smooth transaction processing.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Periodically update the Credit Administration Memo (CAM) and circulate exception reports regarding expired documents, deferrals or pending securities perfection.
- Audit & Compliance: Act as the primary focal point for Internal, External and SBP auditors for all credit administration inquiries.
Qualification and Skills Required: Incumbent should have:
- Bachelor’s or above degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of specialized experience in corporate credit administration.
- Deep understanding of SBP Prudential Regulations, security perfection processes and risk management guidelines.
- High proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Strong sense of responsibility and professional discipline.
