Position: Manager IT – Business Applications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- The ideal candidate will own, manage, and govern all enterprise and hospitality business applications across the group.
- Act as the single point of accountability for application performance, stability, integrations, and business alignment.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of applications including implementation, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and support.
- Lead and oversee the following landscape including system deployments and upgrades:
- Hotel Operations & Guest Systems
- Distribution, Revenue & Booking Platforms
- Guest Engagement & CRM
- Finance, Procurement & Inventory
- Corporate, Data & Enablement Systems
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 8+ years of experience managing enterprise or hospitality business applications.
