Job Title: Management Trainee – Human Resources
Location: Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with performance and competency frameworks, employee engagement initiatives, organizational structure updates, and HR analytics.
Support HR process digitization including forms and workflows, maintain data quality, assist in basic testing/UAT, and update dashboards/reports.
Coordinate training needs assessments (TNA), training schedules, LMS/e-learning updates, feedback collection, and other training initiatives.
Key Requirements:
Qualificaton: Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related fields.
Experience: 0–1 year (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong interest in Human Resources and organizational development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Lead internal audits, manage documentation, and support certification processes.
- Conduct HSE training, risk assessments, and emergency response drills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure legal & regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for ISO & HSE compliance.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences / Engineering / Occupational Health or relevant field.
- Lead Auditor Certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 (mandatory).
- 7 years of hands-on experience in HSE and ISO systems (manufacturing experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HSE laws and best practices.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
