Position : HEAD COORDINATION

FF Steel, a leading Grade 60 Steel Bars manufacturer, having large-scale production units in Lahore & Peshawar is seeking applications from talented, passionate, young and energetic professional for their BOD Department.

Job Location: DHA EME, Lahore

Salary: PKR 80,000/- to 90,000/-

Graduate or having Master 3-5 years of experience in managing administrative tasks, facilitate communication, and ensure the smooth execution of projects and operations.

Task includes: Organizing and coordinating executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the Dy.CEO screen, prioritize, and respond where appropriate. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Liaise with senior management, board members, clients, and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion. Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and maintain strict confidentiality. Monitor and ensure the timely completion of delegated tasks and projects. Support the Dy.CEO in personal administrative tasks as needed.

The candidate should have the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication, computer skills, well versed in MS Word, Excel & Power Point and a proactive approach to problem solving.
