Network Support Senior Engineer

A diversified group companies is currently recruiting for a Network Support Senior Engineer to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Duties
• Provide IT Technical support to assigned department/personnel
• Receive, distribute and dispatch computer support request
• Receive, distribute, send and file incoming and outgoing facsimile messages
• Received and route incoming telephone calls and messages
• Update and maintain database of computer problems
• Create monthly metric charts of computer problems
• Answer computer user questions over the telephone
• Respond to user questions over the telephone
• Maintain and update IT budget database and record all IT Purchases
• Performs duties in support of E-mail servers, Remote Access Servers, Proxy Servers, File Servers
• Provide OJT when required by the RSAF in accordance with appropriate RSAF manuals
• Update IT documentation
• Monitor and report RSAF C4I intranet outages
• Implement engineering changes for future improvement on LAN/WAN network
• Assist and Train RSAF personnel in becoming proficient in the Info Tech Platform Operations/Maintenance Tech duties and responsibilities
• Assist RSAF with training and perform maintenance duties in accordance with RSAF manuals
