Kot Addu Power Company Limited (KAPCO) is looking for ambitious, high-achieving fresh graduates to join our prestigious 1-Year Training Program.
Fresh graduate having potential to excel in a pure engineering profession and other support functions area. The selected Trainees will go through comprehensive, hands-on on-the-job training program and will get an opportunity of working directly alongside industry experts to gain real-time operational exposure in related discipline.
The candidate:
- For Trainee Engineers (Technical Areas) have BE/BS/BSc. Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or Chemical from a recognized university, with a minimum CGPA-2 or 60% marks registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- For Management Trainees (Support Functions – Finance, IT, C&P, HR & CS) have MBA / MPA / ACCA/BSCS / CA Finalist / BBA (Hons), or equivalent with a minimum CGPA- 2 or 60% marks from university recognized by HEC.
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills;
- Have age around 25 years.
