We are looking for an accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our Finance & Accounts function and support the Company’s continued growth.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial strategy, P&L, taxation, treasury, LC management, working capital, leasing, and financial governance, with proven leadership experience in a retail or multi-location business.

MTJ – Tariq Jamil is looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our Finance & Accounts function and support the Company’s continued growth.
- POSITION: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- LOCATION: Head Office Karachi, Pakistan
- INDUSTRY: Retail / Fashion
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead overall Financial Planning, Strategy & Management
- Ownership and review of P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow
- Lead Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Reporting
- Manage Treasury, Working Capital & Banking Relationships
- Oversee LC Management, Import Finance & Foreign Exchange Exposure
- Ensure effective Taxation, Statutory Compliance & Tax Planning
- Oversee Lease / Rental Management
- Strengthen Internal Controls, Risk Management & Audit
- Monitor Retail Store-wise profitability, margins and cost efficiency
- Oversee Inventory valuation, working capital and financial controls
- Evaluate CAPEX, new store investments and business expansion
- Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO / Management
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- CA / ACCA / ACMA / CFA or equivalent professional qualification
- 10+ years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience
- Strong experience at CFO / Head of Finance / Financial Controller level
- Experience in Retail, Fashion, FMCG or other multi-location businesses preferred
- Strong expertise in P&L, Balance Sheet, Taxation, Treasury, LC Management, Leasing, Audit and Financial Reporting
- Excellent leadership, analytical, commercial and decision-making skills
