Cotton Web Limited is hiring : Executive (Industrial Engineering)
We are looking for a skilled and detail – oriented professional to join our Industrial Engg Department as an Executive. The role involves monitoring production flow, conducting SAM analysis, tracking KPIs, and driving continuous improvement.
Qualification & Experience: Textile Engineer/Industrial Engineer/ MBA or any other relevant degree. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the Textile Apparel industry.
Requirements:
• Monitor production flow, targets, bottlenecks, and line performance.
• Conduct time studies, SAM analysis, and line balancing.
• Manage manpower and machine utilization for optimal resource allocation.
• Track KPIs, efficiency, productivity, downtime, and production performance.
• Support production planning, loading plans, and operational execution.
• Drive process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Proficiency in MS office & Oracle.
Skills: Team Management Skills, Strong Communication Skills and Risk Assessment Ability.
