At Gerry’s International – a FedEx Logistics Regional Service Provider, we are hiring Assistant Manager Sales in our Sales Team-North based in Lahore office who will play a pivotal role in our operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, freight forwarders, shippers, and other stakeholders in the logistics sector.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Full responsibility includes revenue, profit, cost management, and to develop & deploy a go to market strategy that aligns to our people, culture, values and growth vision
- Identify and explore new business opportunities within the logistics industry. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop tailored solutions and expand the company’s market presence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Utilize this information to make informed decisions and adjust sales strategies as necessary.
Skills & Competencies:
Negotiation Skills
Proficient in MS Office
Strong leadership skills
Qualification: Master’s Degree in related field
Work Experience: 5-6 years of relevant work experience (Freight Industry experience is must).
