Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI)
For Selection of Professional Staff as Individual Consultant in Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP)

he Government of Punjab, with funding from the World Bank through the Government of Pakistan, is seeking key professional staff for the Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP). The services required are for individual consultants.

Available Positions

Program Director (PPS 12 – 01 Post)
Qualification:
- Medical Doctor with Postgraduate Qualification in Public Health, Medical Administration, Health Management, or equivalent.

Experience & Skills:

At least 10 years of documented experience, including 2 years in Project Management of field-based projects.
Preference for candidates with health-related program experience.
Experience in development projects, especially foreign-assisted ones, preferred.
Additional Program Director (PPS 11 – 02 Posts)
Qualification:
- MBBS / MD with Post-Graduation in Health Disciplines (e.g., Public Health, Health Economics, Healthcare Management)
- Degree must be from HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Experience & Skills:

At least 7 years of documented experience in health projects.
At least 3 years of relevant post-graduation experience.
Experience in planning/implementing family planning or reproductive health operations.
Skills in preparing guidelines/training materials in the health sector.
Preference for experience in foreign-assisted development projects.
