Positions Vacant: The Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) invites applications for various positions on a contract basis, initially for a period of one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance.
1. Driver (3 Posts – Admin Department)
- Qualification & Experience: Middle education with at least 5 years of experience and a valid LTV/HTV license.
- Area of Work: Candidates must be able to perform duty in a pool and in different shifts. Experience in a public or private sector organization will be preferred.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
2. Office Attendant (3 Posts – Admin Department)
- Qualification & Experience: The candidate must be literate.
- Area of Work: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the public or private sector.
- Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.

- Application Form: Download the application proforma from www.punjabhec.gov.pk by 13th March 2025.
- Submission Deadline: Submit a hard copy of the duly signed application form by 14th March 2025, 5:00 PM through registered courier/post only.
- Required Documents:
- CV
- Copy of CNIC
- Attested copies of educational and professional experience certificates
- Recent colored photograph
- Application Fee: Rs. 500/- (to be deposited in Punjab Higher Education Commission, The Bank of Punjab Account No. 658004651700054, Branch Code 0320).
Important Notes:
- Candidates must apply separately for each post, with the post name clearly mentioned on the envelope.
- Government employees should apply through the proper channel.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview. No TA/DA will be provided.
- Incomplete applications or those submitted via email, fax, by hand, or after the deadline will not be entertained.
- PHEC reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
- PHEC follows a merit-based selection policy as per Government regulations.
