Job Description:

Site Survey, demarcation & construction supervision of retail outlets.
Timely submission of contractor/ vendor’s bill verification. This includes verification of quantities/qualities of works.
Should know how to read Layouts/Drawings and ensure work executed on sites is according to approved drawings.
Preparation of Pre-feasibility Estimate & BOQs after detailed designing of retail outlets.
Managing, supervising, and visiting contractors on site and advising on civil engineering issues. Be a Focal person to ensure compliance of HSE standards as per contract requirements.
Forecast design and construction time frames. Managing budgets and other project resources.
Communicate with team members, customers and vendors to ensure maximum cohesion and fluidity on projects.
Inspect project sites to ensure compliance of APL BOQ, drawing & contract specifications. Ensure stage inspections as per the Quality Control Checklist on Controlled Format.
Compiling, checking and approving reports and project drawings & preparation progress reports.
Using computer-aided design (CAD) packages for designing projects.
Preparation of Specification, BOQ, drawings & Technical Evaluation of Retail Outlet Assets such as Shop Shelving, Air Conditioners, Chillers, Bakery Counters, Steel Canopies, Tyre shop Lube Shop Canopies & Equipment, Solar Support Structure, ATGs ( Auto Tank Gauging), Canopy ACM Ceiling & Building Cladding.
Scheduling material and equipment purchases and delivery at sites.
Adopting all relevant requirements such as Construction Approval from DOE ( Deptt. of explosive) and subsequent safety Completion from DOE. Should be well versed in building/ safety/ Operational standards from Regulatory Authorities such as DHA, CDA, OGRA etc
Ensure that a project runs smoothly and the structure is completed on time and within budget. Monitoring of project timeline and timely reporting of delays w.r.t issues at site to Management. Issuance of Warning Letters to contractors in case of Project Delays due to insufficient resources.
Bill Verifications for Civil, Electrical & Mechanical Work done at the site and Assets/Materials supplied by other Vendors.
Correcting any project deficiencies that affect production, quality and safety requirements before final evaluation and project reviews.
Preparation of BOQ/ Specifications for Ordering of additional Assets at sites approved for Reinjection.
Shifting of Old Assets from sites recommended for Closure/ Reinjection. Adjustment of Assets in Company Books through Asset Transfer Forms & ERP system
