Job Title: Executive – System & Network Support
Location: Plant – Faisalabad
Job Description:
- Handle, diagnose, and troubleshoot all kinds of network equipment.
- Analyze the root cause of network abnormalities.
- Manage network devices and monitor them using NMS.
- Manage firewalls and ensure seamless LAN/WAN connectivity while maintaining robust network security.
- Provide comprehensive support for desktop systems, Office 365 applications, and printers.
- Ensure seamless functionality and user satisfaction across all IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science/Information Technology
- Any IT Certification (preferred)
- 02+ years of experience in System/Network Support
- Ability to configure new Cisco wireless APs for newer side deployment
- Ability to design, implement, troubleshoot, and monitor DSS IP/CCTV cameras
