Punjab Beverages Company Limited, a PepsiCo bottler is currently hiring for two positions:
Assistant Sales Training Manager:
- Qualification & Experience: MBA/BBA Marketing with 5 years of experience preferably in FMCG.
- Core Responsibilities: Assist the Sales Training Manager in developing TNA for the sales field force, developing required modules and plans to deliver training effectively, measuring training effectiveness and ROI, and performing gap analysis of the sales field force.
- Skills & Competencies: Good interpersonal & communication skills, team player, proactive & creative mind, and hands-on with MS Office (especially Excel & PPT).
Trade Marketing Executive:
- Qualification & Experience: MBA/BBA Marketing with 2 years of experience preferably in FMCG.
- Core Responsibilities: Understand market insight techniques & data analysis, plan and execute customize trade marketing activities to promote brand image, assist the manager in developing DME budget and planning, and design occasion & festival-based promotional activities.
- Skills & Competencies: Good interpersonal & communication skills, team player, proactive & creative mind, and hands-on with MS Office (especially Excel & PPT).
