Hotel One, Pakistan’s fastest growing select-service hospitality chain, is hiring for the position of Manager Sales at Hotel One – Lahore & Islamabad.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Undertake sales functions to build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives. Â
- Develop accounts (new and existing) by mapping specific business tendencies.
- Perform daily telephone solicitations to new and existing accounts/customers in defined geographic region.
- Promote awareness to corporate and association markets via travelling to respective cities through presentations and sales calls. Â
- Communicate and maintain relationship with professional networks for assigned region, as well as other hotels toward achieving pre-determined revenue goals.
- Create and execute direct sales plan specific to assigned markets.
- Promote awareness through maintaining relationships with other hospitality service providers and tourism authorities.
- Administer the sales budget and the establishment of annual individual sales goals.
- Ensure that all sales related activities support customer satisfaction, retention and new business development goals are being accomplished. Â
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of all room categories and amenities.
- Arrange customer satisfaction surveys and report to management on implications/future sales strategies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Bachelors (14 years) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 6 – 9 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
