JOB OVERVIEW

United King is seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will support the Marketing Manager/Hod Marketing in executing Campaign Management, Market Research and Analysis, Content Creation and Management, Brand Management, Event Coordination, Digital Marketing, Customer Engagement, Administrative Support. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including seasonal, promotional, and thematic campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, product development) to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet objectives.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, suggesting improvements where necessary.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Analyze market data to develop insights and actionable recommendations.
Monitor competitor activities and industry developments.
Develop and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email, and print materials.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging.
Assist in maintaining and enhancing the United King brand.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
Assist in planning and executing events, such as product launches, anniversary celebrations, and special promotions.
Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and on-site event execution.
Support digital marketing efforts, including social media management, SEO, and email marketing.
Track and analyze digital metrics to improve online presence and engagement.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing materials.
Manage marketing budgets and track expenditures.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Creative thinker with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
