Deputy Manager – Channel Enhancement – Training & Research
Join our team.
Join our forward-thinking team as a Deputy Manager in Training (Sales), where you’ll play a key role in developing our salesforce. You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs, assessing needs, and evaluating effectiveness. Additionally, you will lead training initiatives, incorporate mystery shopping, manage leads to assess sales quality, and collaborate with sales leaders to align training with business goals and drive growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
- Certification in Training and Development or a relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales training, sales management, or a related role, preferably within the automotive or related industry.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective sales training & lead management programs.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and customer service practices.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable training initiatives.
