Skills and Requirements:
- Education: Post Graduate with Majors in Supply Chain
- Experience: 4-5 Years in Supply Chain in a FMCG organization

Requirements:
- Accountable and responsible for issuance, receiving and storage of packaging, chemical, raw material and spare parts store operations.
- Dealing with administrative and resource management issues pertaining to effective store operations.
- Determine and supervise effective layout and utilization of space for efficient operation.
- Coordinate with Planning, Production, Purchase, and Logistic to ensure smooth and timely flow of materials and timely generation of Goods Inspection Report and Goods Receipt Note.
- Responsible for the checking of inventory of stores from time to time and for the location of items at different places.
- Ensure regular inventory checks and its reconciliation with ERP reports.
- Maintain and report KPIs related to stores operations.
- Cycle Count Accuracy, Cycle Count Coverage and Inventory Value Variance
- Warehouse manpower productivity
- Non-Moving Inventory
- Inventory obsolescence
- Ensure SOPs compliance to all mentioned Stores and complete all Audit Observations within stipulated time.
- Control overall activity to ensure manpower costs are minimized.
