We Are HIRING Filler operator – Sidel & Krones
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform smooth and efficient machine operation at rated speed & follow quality standards.
- Perform preventive, autonomous and breakdown maintenance independently.
- Maintain daily checklists & logs related to the machine. Perform troubleshooting of Filler and Mixer.
- Ensure proper handling and record of Raw Materials to Machine. Maintain cleaning (GMP) and sanitation of filling area, production hall. Start-Up, end of production, Change Over and closing of line according to SOP’s.
- Perform CIP of PET line as per SOP.
- Operate mixers as per SOP.
- Verify Minimum Mandates as per plan and maintain record.
- Support and facilitate Line Supervisor achieving the set targets timely.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical
- 3-5 years experience in Beverages/FMCG.
