𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆: Lahore
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Minimum Graduation and Preferably Masters from HEC recognized University
𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲: OG-III
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 1-3 years in Bank Operations
𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
Good communication skills with knowledge of Banking Products and services
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
■ Statement Rendition, bank wide smooth process flow of issuance of “Customers Accounts Statements” and “Customers Intimation Letters” in line with the regulatory requirements.
■ Ensure strict timelines for the activities in accordance with the bank policy and SBP instructions.
■ Monitor/Inspect the process flow of “Printing/Stuffing and Dispatched” at Vendor’s station to fulfill the compliance standards.
■ Handle queries & complaints from various areas such as Call center, Circles, audit & branches regards with issuance of Account Statements and Intimation Letters.
■ Assign Banker Cheques Series; Daily updates Reval, Standard, Libor and Kibor rates, Lien marking/releasing, track removal and restraint marking/removal.
■ Zero incidence of penalties due to operational lapses at Centralized Operations, Ensure that Transactions to be settled by respective unit/department within TAT.
■ To ensure efficient, effective & complaint free services to internal customer by improving MCB Islamic service quality.
■ Responsible to coordinate with all concerned to implement BCP.
■ Ensure that team is customer focused and maintains appropriate relationships, internally with Banks/Institutions/ Departments.
