- Assist the Head of Department in executing ongoing mechanical engineering projects like HVAC, boiler, renewable energy, and construction, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with different departments to develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, schedules, and budgets.
- Review and approve project designs, ensuring feasibility and efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and implement strategies to address challenges.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and potential risks clearly and proactively.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Textile Setup.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
