1)- Overseeing the preparation, review & presentation of financial statements & reports.
2)- Working as per accounting standards to meet audit & treasury requirements.
3)- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining timely & accurate financial record.
4)- Provide useful information & analysis so that investors, creditors & other users can make rational decisions.
5)- Consolidate & present annual financial budgets in accordance with strategic & operational plans of the company.
